Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing MicroBrow! We are committed to delivering high-quality products to you, fast and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Windows

Our shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order has departed from our warehouse, the following estimated delivery windows apply:

  • United Kingdom: 10 – 20 business days.
  • European Union: 12 – 25 business days.
  • United States: 10 – 25 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 15 – 35 business days.

Important: Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as customs inspections, postal service delays, or extreme weather may affect delivery times. An order is only considered "officially delayed" if it has not arrived within:

  • 45 days (United Kingdom & European Union)
  • 45 days (United States)
  • 60 days (Rest of the World)

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48-72 hours.

  • Incomplete Tracking: For some specific shipping routes or remote regions, tracking may stop updating once the package enters the destination country. This is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MicroBrow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • The recipient not being home to receive the package.
  • The package not being picked up from the local post office within the required timeframe.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

6. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us at hello@microbrow.store. In the case of items arriving damaged, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
